Personal approach
My approach to training involves a structured plan, taking personal influence and experience from my own journey. All of my sessions are pre-planned in advance, and can easily be modified if necessary to accommodate injuries, availability, body cycles and other circumstances.
During our sessions, I will guide and coach you every step of the way, ensuring proper form and technique. While I believe that consistency with workouts is key to achieving optimal results, I also strive to keep the workouts varied and challenging to prevent boredom and push you to your appropriate limits relative to your current fitness level.
WHERE & WHEN
As a freelance PT I’m available to come to you or do virtual sessions, which takes the stress out of travelling when you live a busy lifestyle. I continue to train clients inside houses, gardens, parks, over Zoom and more!
In our initial call we can discuss details with equipment, timings and what works best for you.
YOUR RESULTS
I take a ‘real life’ approach when working with my clients, which helps them achieve the right balance between their social lives and the results that they want… after all, we’re not all training to be bodybuilders!
Ultimately, my goal is to help you reach your full potential through safe and effective training methods, but to have fun and experience a meaningful feeling of accomplishment throughout your journey.
