About me
As a child I grew up passionate about Tennis, Ice-skating and particularly Dancing, where I won several world championships and travelled around the world before I was 18. My Passion turned to fitness later on in life after discovering the gym and trying to achieve a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Having achieved my level 3 PT qualifications, my focus is now exclusively on using my years of experience in the industry to help people who want to make an active change to become a better version of themselves, educating them along the way.
When it comes to food, I appreciate a variety of flavours and textures, and I'm not afraid to indulge in some not-so-healthy options from time to time. For instance, a juicy burger is one of my favourites! However, I also recognise the importance of a balanced diet and make an effort to include nutritious options in my meals.
In my daily life, I find pleasure in various activities that keep me active. I love going to the gym and engaging in weight lifting, which helps me maintain my physical fitness. Additionally, I love taking my energetic spaniel out for walks, as it's a great way to get some fresh air and stay active.
Finally, I enjoy spending time with friends and unwinding over a glass of wine. Socialising and having a good time is an important aspect of my life, and it helps me maintain a healthy work-life balance.
